Summit Physical Therapy AZ is growing!
Our practice is established in Gilbert, AZ and we opened a new additional location in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking 1 full time or part time Physical Therapist to work with our diverse patient mix in our Gilbert or Mesa outpatient clinic. New grads welcome!

 

We are in search of a candidate who will share the continued success and growth of our company and serve our community’s physical therapy needs. We are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

At Summit Physical Therapy AZ, our vision is to provide the highest level of care for our local Arizona community by using evidence-based treatment.

To address health concerns, our Summit team offers a comprehensive range of services. Our specialties include sports injuries, total joint replacement rehab, postoperative care, vestibular conditions, spine conditions, and more. We also integrate Pilates, yoga, and nontraditional therapies like dry needling and cupping into therapy for unique benefits.

In order to support the growing need for physical therapy in our community, we are in search of an experienced, hardworking Physical Therapist who can be available for part time or full time hours. Please see below for candidate specifications.

Compassion: People come to you in pain and will have concerns and doubts about their recovery. Physical therapists are people that want to help those in pain.

Attention to Detail: Physical therapists need to observe a patient's issues and analyze what is needed to help them ease their pain, without putting them at risk of further injury.

Dexterity: You will use your hands to move a patient's body and provide therapeutic exercise.

Interpersonal Skills: You will be working one-on-one with patients every day. You will need to like working with people in close situations, be a good communicator and listener. You will need to talk with patients and their families and be able and willing to deliver both good and bad news in most compassionate way possible.

Stamina: Physical therapists may have to lift clients and spend much of their time on their feet. You will need strength and stamina to do the job.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
  • Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
  • License to practice or relevant certification
  • Degree in PT
